Senior Business Analyst to gather and document business/functional requirements and support governance-heavy risk programs across Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)/Vendor Risk, procurement & vendor management, operational resilience, and cybersecurity risk. The role facilitates stakeholder workshops, produces BRDs/functional specs/user stories/process maps, supports UAT and defect management, and helps run vendor onboarding/due diligence, risk assessments, remediation tracking, third-party inventory/risk registers, SLA monitoring, and resilience reporting aligned to regulatory and compliance expectations.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.

Create process maps, user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.

Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.

Support vendor onboarding and due diligence processes.

Conduct risk assessments covering cyber, operational, compliance, financial, and regulatory risks.

Track remediation activities and risk treatment plans.

Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing and vendor selection activities.

Support RFP, RFQ, and contract review processes.

Monitor supplier performance and service-level agreements (SLAs).
