Senior Business Analyst / Stream Lead - IT Delivery & Migration (HR Transformation)
Senior contract role to lead the IT Delivery & Migration workstream within a HR transformation program, taking ownership from planning through execution. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the IT Delivery & Migration workstream from planning into execution, ensuring successful implementation, migration, testing, integration, and go-live readiness across the HR transformation program.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate all activities within the IT Delivery & Migration stream, ensuring delivery aligns with the target operating model, project plans, governance framework, and established ways of working.

The role requires a strong leader who can create structure, transparency, and momentum across multiple parallel initiatives involving business stakeholders, IT teams, global teams, vendors, and project streams.
