Senior Azure data platform specialist to own an Oracle to PostgreSQL migration on Azure. The role provisions and operates Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server with zone-redundant HA, sizing, backups and maintenance, executes an offline/big-bang migration using Azure DMS (Oracle source preferred) with validation (row counts, LOBs, sequences), and drives production cutover including runbook and rollback. Requires strong PostgreSQL administration, working Oracle schema/type mapping knowledge, AKS configuration (ConfigMaps/Secrets/Kustomize/rolling redeploys), Azure networking (VNet integration, private endpoints, private DNS), and Key Vault integration with AKS (CSI Secret Store/synced secrets).
