SEBI & Stock Exchange Compliance Executive
This role is responsible for end-to-end regulatory compliance for a capital markets/stock broking environment, ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations and NSE/BSE stock exchange requirements. The person will monitor regulatory circulars, manage timely filings/returns, maintain compliance registers and documentation, perform compliance checks to identify gaps, coordinate with internal stakeholders and exchanges, and support SEBI/exchange/internal/statutory audits including tracking and closing audit observations. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant SEBI/exchange compliance experience, strong documentation and analytical skills, and good working knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office; NISM certification is a plus.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements
Knowledge of NSE/BSE stock exchange requirements and filings
Regulatory monitoring (tracking circulars/updates) and implementation coordination
Preparation and submission of regulatory returns/reports/exchange filings within timelines
Compliance tracking and maintenance of records (registers, checklists, documentation)
Compliance checks to identify/report exceptions or gaps
Audit/inspection support (SEBI, exchange, internal, statutory) and tracking audit observations/closures
MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
Attention to detail and ability to meet regulatory deadlines
Communication and coordination skills
