Scrum Master + UX/UI & Service Designer (Power Platform / Model-driven Apps)
Contract role combining Scrum Master responsibilities with UX/UI and service design for Microsoft Power Platform development, with a strong focus on model-driven app UI. The consultant will facilitate scaled agile ways of working, remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive continuous improvement while rapidly shaping, validating, and iterating MVP user interface solutions with end users. Requires hands-on Scrum Master experience in scaled agility, strong collaboration across teams (incl. Scrum Master experience
Scaled agility (working as Scrum Master in a scaled agile setup)
Agile development (Scrum/Agile facilitation)
Managing dependencies between teams
Power Platform UX/UI design
UX/UI design for model-driven applications (Power Apps model-driven apps)
Service design (user-oriented MVP phasing, user validation)
Facilitation of agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
Collaboration with product owner, specifier, developers, architects, and users
Fluent written and spoken Finnish
