Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning sessions.

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices.

Guide teams in achieving sprint goals and maintaining predictable delivery velocity.

Identify, track, and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or project success.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.

Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize product backlogs and ensure clear user story definition and acceptance criteria.

Monitor Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and release readiness.

Facilitate dependency management across multiple Agile teams and ensure alignment on shared deliverables.

Lead release planning and coordination activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).

Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to Agile governance, SDLC standards, and organizational policies.

Support program leadership with status reporting, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communications.
