Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
Impediment removal / blocker management
Agile coaching / servant leadership
Sprint execution support and continuous improvement

Kanban knowledge
Scaled Agile exposure (e.g., SAFe/LeSS)
Agile metrics and reporting (velocity, burndown/burnup)
Jira/Confluence or similar Agile tools
