Scrum Master

Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.

Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team by removing impediments and enabling team productivity.

Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and key Agile metrics.

Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive timely resolution.

Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Support release planning and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, product management, and technical teams.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and Kanban.

Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement)
Coaching teams on Agile/Scrum and continuous improvement
Servant leadership and impediment removal
Agile metrics tracking (velocity, burndown, sprint progress, KPIs)
Backlog collaboration with Product Owner (prioritization, refinement)
Stakeholder management and communication
Risk/dependency/blocker identification and resolution
Conflict resolution and team dynamics management
Agile management tools (Jira OR Azure DevOps OR Rally or similar)

Nice to Have
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent)
Enterprise-scale Agile / scaled delivery experience
SAFe / Lean Agile / Scaled Scrum practices
