Scrum Master (IT / DevOps teams)
Contract Scrum Master to coach and facilitate one or more Scrum teams in a large IT organization. The role focuses on ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted, running core ceremonies, removing impediments, protecting the team from interruptions, and supporting the Product Owner with backlog and capacity management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in similar roles, experience with DevOps/engineering teams and modern software delivery practices, can manage scope/change within sprints, and is fluent in Swedish and English. Location is Solna/Stockholm with some remote by agreement.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Scrum Master experience (5+ years)
Deep knowledge of Scrum framework and empirical product development
Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective)
Coaching teams toward self-organization and cross-functionality
Impediment removal and shielding team from interruptions during sprint
Support to Product Owner in product backlog management and capacity planning
Managing scope/change within sprints; avoiding scope creep
Stakeholder communication and coaching on Scrum/agility
Experience working in large IT organizations and navigating complex IT/business processes
Understanding of modern software development and ability to translate product/business objectives into technical solutions
Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written)
University degree in IT/Engineering or relevant field

IT project management experience
Experience with DevOps/engineering teams and modern software delivery practices
Team health checks and delivery follow-up
Previous hands-on experience as a software developer in an agile environment
