Scrum Master (eMobility / BEV Cable Harness Routing Design Team)
Contract Scrum Master needed in Södertälje, Sweden (hybrid, min 3 days onsite) to support a 9-person Cable Harness Routing Design team within Scania eMobility, focused on 24V harness routing for BEV chassis applications. You will coach agile ways of working, facilitate ceremonies, improve planning and delivery transparency, remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Managers, and Release Train Engineer (RTE). Minimum one year of experience in a Scrum Master, Team Lead, Project Lead, or similar leadership role.

Strong communication skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Leadership experience in Scrum Master / Team Lead / Project Lead or similar (minimum 1 year)
