Track sprint progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and escalation items with clear ownership and due dates.

Interface with ClearBank project managers and client stakeholders to provide transparent delivery updates.

Coordinate time-zone handovers between onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams to ensure continuity of execution.

Support backlog readiness by working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Tech Leads, QA, and DevOps teams.

Drive Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, predictability, defect leakage, and impediment aging.

Ensure delivery governance, status reporting, RAID management, and adherence to client delivery standards.

Scrum / Agile delivery leadership
Sprint ceremonies ownership (planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
Sprint planning and execution tracking
RAID management (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies)
Dependency management and escalation management
Stakeholder management and delivery status reporting
Distributed team coordination (onsite/nearshore/offshore) and time-zone handovers
Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability, defect leakage, impediment aging)
Agile tooling: Jira and/or Azure DevOps (or equivalent)
Banking / fintech delivery awareness
