Scrum Master / Agile Coach (Pharma/Biopharma, GMP-aware)
Contract Scrum Master/Agile Coach needed in Germany (8–12 years) to facilitate Scrum/ART ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups), support ART synchronization and PI coordination, coach teams on agile and continuous improvement, remove impediments, manage delivery risks/escalations, and coordinate stakeholders across Business-IT-OT and multiple suppliers.
