Required Qualifications
Schematic design and drafting fundamentals
Ability to create and interpret engineering schematics
Knowledge of drawing standards and conventions (symbols, line types, annotations)
Revision control and documentation practices (versioning, change tracking)
Attention to detail and quality checking of drawings

Nice to Have
CAD/ECAD tool exposure (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, Altium, OrCAD, SolidWorks Electrical)
Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components and connectivity
Bill of Materials (BOM) awareness
