Essential
Required Qualifications
L2 production support / operations for SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server)
Incident management and troubleshooting for replication issues (latency, failures, data inconsistencies)
Proactive monitoring of SLT replication landscapes
Performance tuning for SLT replication (throughput/latency)
Minor configuration changes in SLT within established standards
Working knowledge of replication from SAP and non-SAP sources to SAP targets (HANA, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA)
Cross-team collaboration with SAP Basis, DBAs, network/security, and application/data teams
Escalation handling to L3/architecture for design-level issues
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience supporting SAP HANA and/or BW/4HANA and/or S/4HANA environments
Knowledge of database/network/security factors impacting replication performance
Familiarity with operational processes (runbooks, SLAs, shift/on-call)
