Essential
Required Qualifications
SAP SD end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process knowledge (order management, delivery/shipping, billing/invoicing, returns/complaints)
Strong SAP SD Pricing knowledge (pricing procedures, condition technique, condition records)
Hands-on SAP SD configuration/customizing experience (mandatory)
Copy control configuration and understanding
Incompletion log configuration and troubleshooting
Output determination configuration and troubleshooting
Credit management knowledge (classic)
L2/L3 production support capability including root cause analysis and permanent fixes
Integration knowledge with SAP FI (billing/accounting impact)
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
Ability to lead SD workstream activities during implementation/rollout/migration/enhancements
Cross-functional coordination with SAP modules/teams (MM, FI, TM, EWM, GTS)

FSCM Credit Management
S/4HANA migration or rollout experience
Global template implementation exposure
EDI/IDoc and third-party integration exposure
Experience as SD Lead / Module Lead / Track Lead
