End-to-end sales order management cycle (order-to-cash) knowledge
SD configuration and support
Pricing configuration/knowledge in SD
Billing configuration/knowledge in SD
Customer service / post-sales processes in SD context
Gap analysis, issue identification, and workaround solutioning
Functional design documentation (functional specs/designs)
Test case creation and test execution/result documentation
Preferred
Nice to Have
SAP ERP implementation and deployment experience
Client-facing requirement understanding and translation to configuration
Knowledge of integration touchpoints with other SAP modules (e.g., FI for billing/accounting)
