SAP Release & Test Manager (Change Management)
Contract role in Sweden for an experienced SAP Release and Test Manager to own end-to-end change governance and test management across an SAP S/4HANA (Cloud) landscape. The consultant will manage the release calendar (including SAP half-yearly releases), run CAB meetings, assess and prioritize change impact, coordinate go-lives and stakeholder communications, and define/execute the overall test strategy covering regression, integration testing, and UAT with strong defect management and release readiness reporting.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Release management in SAP environments
ITIL-based change management and release management practices
Change governance from intake/impact assessment to approval and go-live
CAB (Change Advisory Board) facilitation and change impact reviews
Release calendar management and go-live coordination
SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP S/4HANA knowledge
Test management: test strategy, planning and coordination
Regression testing, integration testing, and UAT coordination
Defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution follow-up
Release readiness assessment and test reporting
Stakeholder communication across business and technical teams
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience specifically coordinating SAP half-yearly release cycles
Experience producing structured change communications for broad stakeholder groups
