SAP Release & Change / Test Manager (S/4HANA)
Contract role in Krakow for an experienced SAP Release/Change and Test Manager to own end-to-end change governance and release execution across an SAP S/4HANA (Cloud) landscape. The person will run CAB, manage the release calendar (including SAP half-yearly releases), coordinate go-lives and stakeholder communications, and define/drive the overall test strategy including regression, integration testing and UAT. Strong ITIL-based change/release management, structured defect management, and the ability to work independently with both business and technical teams are required.

Release management in SAP environments
ITIL-based change management and release management practices
Change governance (intake, impact assessment, approval, go-live)
CAB (Change Advisory Board) facilitation and change impact reviews
Release calendar management and go-live coordination
Test management (overall test strategy ownership)
Regression testing planning/coordination
Integration testing planning/coordination
UAT planning/coordination
Defect management (tracking, prioritization, follow-up)
SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP S/4HANA knowledge
Stakeholder communication across business and technical teams
Ability to work independently and take ownership
