SAP RAR Lead (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to support IFRS 15/ASC 606 compliant revenue recognition. Partner with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design scalable RAR solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA and upstream source systems, configure revenue accounting rules and event-based postings, and manage contract-related processes. Own/drive data migration, testing, reconciliation, audit readiness, reporting, and continuous enhancements for revenue recognition.

Required Qualifications
SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
SAP Finance (FI) background
IFRS 15 and/or ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
RAR configuration (rules, events, postings)
Integration with SAP S/4HANA and source systems
Data migration for revenue-related objects/transactions
Testing and reconciliation of revenue transactions
Stakeholder communication (finance/IT/business)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Nice to Have
S/4HANA experience (explicitly mentioned as plus)
Global finance transformation project experience
Audit readiness support and reporting for revenue recognition
