SAP PM Functional Consultant (S/4HANA)
Need an SAP PM Functional Consultant (5–7 years) for contract role in Pune to configure, support, and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance. The consultant will handle end-to-end PM processes (equipment/functional locations, notifications, orders, preventive maintenance, task lists, measuring points/counters), manage L1–L3 production issues within SLA, run testing/UAT/deployment and user training, and drive integrations with MM, FI/CO, and QM while coordinating with ABAP and cross-functional teams for reports/forms/interfaces.

Essential
Required Qualifications
SAP PM configuration and production support
SAP PM master data knowledge (Equipment, Functional Locations)
SAP PM processes: Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Task Lists
Measuring Points and Counters configuration/usage
Troubleshooting/analytical skills for L1/L2/L3 issue management and SLA-based support
Requirements gathering and Functional Specifications (FS) documentation
Testing, UAT support, deployment and user training
Integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI/CO, and QM
Communication and stakeholder management
Ability to multitask across multiple deliverables/projects
Teamwork/interpersonal skills; mentoring/leadership for junior members
Preferred
Nice to Have
SAP S/4HANA PM experience
SAP PM certification
Experience in rollout/upgrade projects
Experience with calibration and work clearance management processes
Experience coordinating enhancements with ABAP for reports/forms/interfaces
