What You'll Be Doing.

Implement, configure, and support SAP Order Management System (OMS) solutions for retail business operations.

Work on SAP IS-Retail processes, including article master, merchandise management, pricing, inventory, and store operations.

Manage omnichannel capabilities such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS), Ship from Store, Click and Collect, and endless aisle.

Configure and support order orchestration, order routing, inventory availability, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Integrate SAP OMS with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, SAP CAR, POS, e-commerce platforms, warehouse management, and third-party logistics systems.

Collaborate with business teams to understand retail order-to-cash processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.

Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production support.

Troubleshoot order processing, inventory synchronization, pricing, delivery, and integration issues.

Work with technical teams on APIs, IDocs, middleware, and interface monitoring.

Support retail transformation, omnichannel implementations, system enhancements, and process optimization.
