SAP MM Direct Procurement & Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Analyst

SAP functional analyst role in a Global Capability Center supporting Global Operations, focused on Direct Procurement in SAP MM and SAP Business Network (Ariba) Supply Chain Collaboration. The person will partner with business stakeholders to deliver Procure-to-Pay improvements (requirements, design, build, test, deploy) with minimal customization, while also providing day-to-day incident/support in a 24/7 global environment. Strong knowledge of special procurement (subcontracting, vendor consignment), cross-module integration with logistics and finance, master data (including LSMW), and integrations with internal/external applications is required, along with strong stakeholder management and communication.

What You'll Be Doing.

5+ years practical experience supporting and configuring SAP Supply Chain areas, specifically MM – for Direct Procurement.

Specific knowledge across special procurement processes (subcontracting, vendor consignment)

Strong cross-modular knowledge and understanding of integration points between procurement, logistics and finance.

Proven track record of using SAP to deliver change in the Procure to Pay area on time and to the expected quality and can

map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customizations

Identify opportunities to optimize within the current system configurations via process adherence, change management, or improved data.

Participate in requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new SAP solutions

Prioritization of system enhancements, ensuring initiatives remain aligned to business objectives of the Supply Chain leadership.

Experienced with the 24/7 support requirements associated with operating a global organization.

Experienced with support of integrations with internal and external applications.

Confident with SAP master data objects related to MM-Procurement and experienced with performing master data updates with tools like LSMW

Capable of delivering training to business users as needed on Supply Chain SAP processes and reporting

Required Qualifications

SAP MM (Materials Management) configuration and support for Direct Procurement

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge and SAP enablement

Special procurement processes: subcontracting, vendor consignment

Cross-module integration knowledge between procurement, logistics, and finance (e.g., MM integration with FI/CO and logistics)

Requirements gathering, solution design, build/configuration, testing, and deployment in SAP

Mapping business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customization

Incident management / day-to-day operations support in a global/24x7 support model

SAP master data objects for MM-Procurement and ability to perform master data updates

LSMW for data loads/updates

Support/understanding of integrations with internal and external applications

SAP Business Network (Ariba) Supply Chain Collaboration functionalities

Training business users on SAP supply chain processes and reporting

Stakeholder management and communication (English fluent)

Analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail
