SAP FICO (Controlling) Consultant
Contract role in Pune for an 8–10 years SAP FICO consultant with strong Controlling (CO) focus. The consultant should have 2–3 end-to-end implementations plus support experience, deep knowledge of FICO functionality, and hands-on configuration across Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Material Ledger, CO-PA, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, and Results Analysis with revenue recognition methods. The role includes cross-stream integration, blueprinting (BBP), functional specs for RICEFW, SIT/UAT support, cutover/go-live and post go-live support, along with strong English communication and stakeholder-facing “show & tell” sessions.

2-3 End to End Implementation experience & Support Experience

Good understanding FICO functionalities

Experience in Product costing, Asset accounting, Material ledger.

Very Good Experience in MTS, MTO, ETO scenarios.

Experience in working and handling COPA end to end scenarios.

Good knowledge in Cost center and profit center accounting

Should have experiences in Result Analysis set up with different method of revenue recognition.

Should have good experience in cross stream integration topics.

Proposes the selected IS solution and implementation back to the business for final approval (Show & tell sessions)

Provides application module expertise.

Creates the Business Blueprint (BBP) - detailed process design and mapping to solutions, based on design from the IS BA, and contributes to the effort estimation.

Required Qualifications
SAP FICO with strong Controlling (CO) focus
8–10 years experience in SAP FICO
2–3 end-to-end SAP implementations
SAP support/AMS experience
Strong understanding of SAP FICO functionalities
Product Costing (CO-PC)
Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
Material Ledger (ML)
MTS/MTO/ETO manufacturing scenarios
CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) end-to-end scenarios
Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (EC-PCA / classic or via S/4HANA)
Results Analysis setup and revenue recognition methods
Cross-stream/integration knowledge (FICO integration with other modules)
Business Blueprint (BBP) process design and mapping
Solution validation in SIT and support for UAT
Fluent English communication
Good interpersonal/stakeholder management skills
