Essential
Required Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA hands-on experience and implementation knowledge
SAP ERP data migration and end-to-end full lifecycle implementation experience
Data migration planning and deployment fundamentals
Legacy/ECC-to-S/4HANA source-to-target mapping and mapping-session leadership
ETL tool knowledge, such as Informatica, IICS, or SAP BODS
Data extraction query development, including SQL
Data cleansing and cleansing-burndown management
SAP data loading using LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM, or Winshuttle
Stakeholder and steering-committee expectation management
Defect management using tools such as Jira or ALM
Communication and coordination across large cross-functional teams
Preferred
Nice to Have
Aerospace industry exposure
SAP S/4HANA certification
Informatica PowerCenter or IDMC experience
Experience with status-reporting tools
