SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Integration Consultant (HR Integrations)

Contract role in Pune for a senior SAP CPI (SAP Integration Suite) Integration Consultant to build and enhance enterprise integrations across the HR technology landscape. The consultant will design, develop, test, deploy, and support CPI iFlows integrating SAP SuccessFactors, MyHR, SAP ERP/S/4HANA and third-party cloud apps using REST/SOAP/OData/RFC/SFTP and strong mapping/transformation skills (XML/JSON/XSLT/Groovy). The role also focuses on optimizing existing interfaces (monitoring, error handling, performance tuning), producing technical documentation, ensuring security/governance compliance, and contributing to integration design and delivery for an upcoming SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).

Deliver new integration developments and enhancement requests across SuccessFactors and connected enterprise systems.

Analyze and optimize existing integrations to improve reliability, performance, maintainability, and monitoring.

Partner with business analysts and application teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.

Develop and maintain reusable integration patterns, best practices, and technical standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues, interface failures, and performance bottlenecks.

Create and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, support documentation, and operational procedures.

Collaborate with enterprise architecture, HR technology, and application teams to define future-state integration architectures.

Contribute to integration design, build, testing, and deployment activities for the SAP S/4HANA implementation program.

Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy requirements across all integrations.

7+ years of SAP integration experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite development.

Strong experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/S4HANA, and third-party cloud applications.
