Design, develop, and maintain BusinessObjects Universes using Universe Design Tool / Information Design Tool.

Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI and reporting solutions.

Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting.

Develop reports using filters, prompts, variables, formulas, sections, breaks, and drill-down functionality.

Manage report scheduling, publication, bursting, and distribution through the SAP BO platform.

Monitor and troubleshoot report failures, data issues, and performance problems.

Perform report and universe optimization to improve query and report performance.

Work with data warehouse, ETL, and database teams to resolve data-related issues.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.

Provide production support and troubleshoot incidents within agreed SLAs.

Maintain technical documentation for reports, universes, data sources, and processes.

Required Qualifications
SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) Web Intelligence (WebI) report development
Universe development using Information Design Tool (IDT) and/or Universe Design Tool (UDT)
SQL (complex queries) and strong relational database concepts
Universe modeling concepts: dimensions, measures, joins, cardinality, contexts
WebI features: prompts, filters, variables, formulas, sections, breaks, drill-down
BOE/CMC administration concepts: users, groups, folders, security, schedules, connections
Report scheduling, publication, bursting/distribution via SAP BO platform
Troubleshooting report failures/data issues and production support within SLAs
Performance tuning/optimization of BO reports and SQL queries
Data warehousing and BI fundamentals
Testing: unit, integration, and UAT support
Technical documentation for reports/universes/data sources/processes
