Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS).

Perform system refresh, client copy, and system build activities.

Monitor and administer SAP HANA / Oracle / SQL Server databases.

Performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP applications and databases.

Manage SAP user administration and authorizations.

Monitor background jobs and resolve system errors.

Apply SAP Notes and handle OSS tickets.

Manage SAP backup, disaster recovery, and high availability setup.

SAP Basis administration (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
SAP installation, configuration, and system build
SAP upgrades (enhancement packs, support packs) and kernel upgrades
SAP Transport Management System (TMS) administration
System refresh and client copy
Database administration/monitoring for SAP HANA and/or Oracle and/or SQL Server
Performance tuning and troubleshooting (SAP application and database)
SAP user administration and authorizations
Background job monitoring and error resolution
SAP Notes implementation and OSS ticket handling
Backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability (HA) for SAP landscapes
SAP Fiori and Gateway configuration support
Linux/Windows OS familiarity
