What You'll Be Doing.

Develop and execute comprehensive functional and automated testing strategies for Salesforce projects across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce)

Lead the implementation and optimization of testing platform for Salesforce automation such as Provar, Tricentis Tosca, Accelq, etc.

Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using TOSCA, Selenium, and other industry-leading tools

Revamp and standardize the organization's testing processes, methodologies, and best practices

Lead and mentor the QA testing team in advanced testing techniques and automation practices

Establish and maintain test data management strategies and synthetic data creation processes

Conduct thorough functional testing including regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing

Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure testability and quality are built into solutions from design phase, Implement continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines

Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, test cases, and testing standards

Provide testing expertise during Salesforce releases, deployments, and system upgrades, Drive quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Salesforce functional and automated testing

Playwright

Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, workflows, and integration patterns
