Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test data and execution evidence.

Perform automated tests using the selected Salesforce testing platform and supporting tools.

Validate Salesforce configuration, custom development, workflows, security, data and integrations.

Log, prioritize, retest and track defects through closure.

Perform API testing and support release, deployment and upgrade validation.

Collaborate with the Testing Lead, developers, architects, business analysts and product teams.

Follow testing standards and contribute practical improvements to quality processes.

5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including Salesforce project testing.

Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or other Salesforce clouds.

Experience with functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing.

Working knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, Flows, Lightning, integration patterns and JavaScript.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Software QA experience including Salesforce project testing
Hands-on testing of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or another Salesforce cloud
Functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing
Creating and maintaining test cases, test scripts, test data, and execution evidence
Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model
Working knowledge of Salesforce security, Flows, Lightning, integration patterns, and JavaScript
Test automation using a Salesforce testing platform or supporting tool such as Provar, Tricentis Tosca, AccelQ, or Selenium
API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
Release, deployment, or upgrade validation
Agile delivery and defect or test management tools
Clear test documentation and effective defect communication
