Provide L2/L3 support: analyze incidents, identify root cause, implement fixes, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Design and deliver automations using Flows; improve performance and reduce manual work.

Manage data and integrations support: troubleshoot data issues, use Data Loader, and coordinate with integration teams when required.

Experience: 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin/Developer)

Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, troubleshooting integration failures).
