SailPoint IdentityIQ (IGA/IAM) Developer / Application Onboarding Engineer (Contract)
Contract role in Amsterdam for a senior IAM/IGA engineer (8–10 years) with strong hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience. The focus is end-to-end onboarding of business applications into the IAM solution (from intake to acceptance), building complex IdentityIQ workflows/rules/policies/forms, implementing access control models (RBAC/ABAC, preferably PBAC), and supporting identity lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) and certification processes. The role requires strong stakeholder/consulting communication skills, DevOps/CI/CD automation, and Agile/SAFe ways of working; experience with policy engines like OPA/OPAL is highly preferred, plus integrations (LDAP, REST/SOAP, SCIM, DB, SaaS such as Okta/Workday/SAP).

Essential
Required Qualifications
7+ years professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Hands-on development with SailPoint IdentityIQ
Design and development of complex SailPoint workflows, rules, policies, and forms
Application onboarding to SailPoint IdentityIQ; building onboarding workflows; end-to-end onboarding from intake to acceptance
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation experience
Access control frameworks knowledge/experience: RBAC and ABAC (PBAC preferred)
Certification process implementation/enforcement in IGA
Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) familiarity and operational support activities
CI/CD automation (strong prerequisite)
DevOps way of working
Agile team experience; SAFe participation/experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management / consultancy skills
Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks
Entitlement/authorization management processes
Ability to identify improvements in processes/technology and drive standardization/automation

OPAL experience
Other policy-engine technologies similar to OPA/OPAL
Scripting/programming: Java, BeanShell, JavaScript
