Robotics Engineer / Robot Programmer (Industrial Automation)

Offline Simulation: Process Simulate / Robot Studio

Program and develop robots in multi-vendor environments: KUKA (KRC4/KRC5), FANUC (30iB Plus), Stäubli (CS9), Perform robot setup from initial installation to production prove-out

Design robotic systems including Robot PLC integration and Scada integration, safety zoning, and overall architecture

Perform offline programming and simulation using tools such as: KUKA Sim, Work Visual, Robo Guide, Process Simulate

Generate OLP (Offline Programs), perform reach studies, and validate cycle times

Execute robot commissioning, IO mapping, and sequence validation

Troubleshoot robot programs and integration issues during commissioning

Industrial robot programming (KUKA, FANUC, Stäubli; multi-vendor)
Robot commissioning and integration (installation to production prove-out)
Offline programming and simulation (e.g., Process Simulate, RobotStudio, KUKA Sim, WorkVisual, RoboGuide)
PLC-to-robot communication and fieldbus integration (OPC UA, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
Robot safety systems and standards (ISO 10218; Safe Operation/DCS/Safe Move/Cubic-S, interlocks, safety zoning)
IO mapping, sequence validation, and troubleshooting during commissioning
Vision system integration for inspection/vision-guided operations (Cognex, Keyence)
Servo systems, motion control, and robot motion/servo tuning
Cycle time / throughput optimization and reach studies
Documentation for automation delivery (robot specs, IO list, safety docs, FAT/SAT reports)
