RHEL / Red Hat Linux Engineer (Ansible, Satellite, AAP) - Contract
Contract role based in Havant for a senior Linux engineer to administer and support RHEL 7/8/9 environments across physical, virtual and cloud platforms. The position focuses on OS lifecycle (install, patch, upgrade, hardening), deep troubleshooting (kernel, storage, networking, performance), and strong automation using Ansible (playbooks/roles/inventories/workflows) including Ansible Automation Platform/AWX/Tower administration. You will also own Red Hat Satellite administration (content views, lifecycle environments, capsules, provisioning/patching) and support security/compliance integrations (CIS hardening, vulnerability remediation, AD/LDAP/Kerberos, CyberArk) plus monitoring integrations (e.g., SCOM, Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, Zabbix, Dynatrace) and ITIL operations.
