Essential
Required Qualifications
Retail domain knowledge (core retail processes and terminology)
Understanding of merchandising, pricing, promotions, and assortment concepts
Understanding of inventory, replenishment, and stock management concepts
Understanding of order lifecycle concepts (order-to-cash / procure-to-pay at a conceptual level)
Ability to translate retail business needs into requirements (domain-to-solution mapping)
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with POS concepts and store operations
Knowledge of omnichannel retail concepts (BOPIS/ship-from-store/returns)
Familiarity with retail KPIs (sell-through, GMROI, shrink, basket size)
Exposure to retail systems (ERP/OMS/WMS/POS)
Basic understanding of master data in retail (product, store, customer)
