Requirements and Test Manager (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP Program)

Contract role in Stockholm for the Swedish Police Authority seeking a Requirements and Test Manager to lead and coordinate requirements management and verification/testing within a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation program. You will drive requirements capture from business needs through detailed system requirements/use cases, ensure prioritization, quality, change control, and end-to-end traceability from business case to delivery and verification. You will also ensure requirements-to-test traceability, support test planning/execution with sub-projects, and establish processes/structure for requirements and testing documentation. Requires extensive ERP implementation background, agile ways of working, tools like Azure DevOps/Jira, strong Swedish communication, and Swedish citizenship (security/registry checks).

For our client, the Swedish Police Authority, we are looking for a consultant for the assignment below

An important part of the role is to ensure traceability throughout the chain from operational needs and business case to requirements, solution, delivery and verification.

At least 9 years of documented experience in requirements and testing work in large and complex IT or ERP projects

At least 12 years of practical experience working with larger ERP systems and ERP implementations in areas such as finance, logistics, purchasing or warehousing, including documented experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a similar ERP platform.

Documented experience working with end-to-end business processes, such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and/or Record to Report.

Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent

Documented experience working in agile delivery models

Experience in leading or coordinating requirements and testing work in larger and complex organizations or programs

Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish

The consultant should have experience working in security-classified operations.

The consultant should have experience working in the legal system

The consultant should have experience working in the public sector

Required Qualifications

Requirements management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, quality assurance)

Test management / test lead (planning, coordination, verification)

Requirements-to-test traceability (linking requirements to test cases and verification)

Change control for requirements (impact analysis, dependency management)

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or similar ERP platform experience

Large/complex ERP implementations (finance/logistics/purchasing/warehousing)

End-to-end business process knowledge: Order to Cash (O2C)

End-to-end business process knowledge: Procure to Pay (P2P)

End-to-end business process knowledge: Record to Report (R2R)

Agile delivery models experience

Tooling: Azure DevOps and/or Jira (or equivalent)

Leadership/coordination in large programs/complex organizations
