Reltio Developer (MDM)

Hire a 6–8 years hands-on Reltio MDM Developer to build and support enterprise master data solutions on the Reltio platform. The role focuses on Reltio data modeling (entities/relationships/hierarchies), match & merge and survivorship configuration, REST API and Integration Hub (RIH) integrations, event-driven patterns (Reltio Connect/Kafka), and custom scripting (JavaScript/Python) for workflows and business rules. The person will also handle batch/real-time loads via ETL tools (e.g., Informatica), troubleshoot data quality issues, support migrations, and provide L2/L3 production support with strong SQL and data governance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing.

Develop and configure Reltio data models, including entity types, attributes, relationships, and reference data.

Build and customize match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation logic to ensure high-quality master data.

Hands-on in developing integrations using Reltio REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, and event-driven mechanisms (e.g., Reltio Connect, Kafka).

Write and maintain custom scripts (e.g., JavaScript) for Reltio workflows, business rules, and data transformations.

Build and support batch and real-time data loads into Reltio using ETL/integration tools (Informatica or similar).

Develop and maintain Reltio workflows (RIH pipelines, match rules, survivorship configs) and troubleshoot data quality issues.

Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate data requirements into technical Reltio configurations.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Reltio integrations and configurations.

Support data migration activities, including data mapping, profiling, and cleansing prior to load.

Maintain technical documentation for data models, integrations, and custom development work.

Provide L2/L3 production support for Reltio-related issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.

6–8 years of hands-on Reltio MDM development experience.
