Establish and monitor quality standards, inspection procedures, checklists, and quality processes across sites.

Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality

Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely closure of quality observations and non-conformities.

Monitor workmanship, materials, construction processes, and site execution quality on an ongoing basis.

Coordinate with project, construction, engineering, consultant, and management teams to resolve quality-related

Review inspection reports, test reports, quality documentation, and project records.

Identify recurring quality issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Minimise rework and ensure consistent quality throughout all stages of project execution.
