Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Record and report quality observations, defects and non-conformities systematically.

Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure timely closure of quality observations.

Perform snagging and de-snagging activities for residential units using software such as Qwikspec or similar.

Track unit readiness and maintain accurate quality inspection records.

Review construction materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications before use.

Support preparation and maintenance of quality inspection reports, test reports and project documentation.

Assist the QC Head in implementing quality management systems and inspection procedures.

Coordinate with structural, MEP and finishing teams on quality-related matters.

Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and verified.

Support flat handover activities — including final quality checks and handover checklists.

Required Qualifications
Construction quality control/assurance on site (3–8 years)
Daily site inspections for civil/structural/finishes and coordination with MEP
Ability to read and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures
Defect/NCR/non-conformance identification, recording, reporting and closure tracking
Quality documentation: inspection reports, test reports, checklists, records
Material inspection/verification against approved specifications before use
Coordination with site engineers/contractors for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Flat/unit handover final quality checks and handover checklists
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
