Built custom payload generation for Items, BOMs, Documents, and Change Objects.

Developed inbound and outbound integration services using WRS and custom REST APIs

Worked with JSON/XML payload transformations and data validations.

Integrating PTC Windchill with other systems such as ERP, MES, and CPQ.

Support resolving technical issues as they arise during project execution in a timely manner.

Interface with customer technical resources to support project execution.

Create comprehensive documentation, including design specifications and user guides to capture knowledge that could be re-used in the next projects and engagement with customers.
