Required Qualifications
Programme/portfolio leadership at enterprise scale
SAS Analytics transformation/modernisation leadership
Workload migration and legacy decommissioning governance
Transformation strategy: target state, sequencing, benefits realisation, adoption/transition to BAU
Executive stakeholder management (C-level/MD level) and steering committee governance
Risk, control, assurance and regulatory/audit evidence mindset for data platforms/reporting
Investment planning: budgeting, forecasting, capacity/resource strategy
Governance frameworks: decision management, OKR/benefits tracking, change control
Cross-programme dependency management and escalation/issue resolution
Operating model and delivery leadership across Programme Managers/workstreams
Data fabric concepts and enterprise data architecture exposure
Data quality/control remediation for regulatory reporting
Automation of governance/controls and resilience/engineering standards uplift
Supplier/vendor management (implied by supplier stakeholders)
Advanced analytics/data product delivery alignment to business outcomes
