Program Technical Manager / Senior Technical Architect (Banking IS Transformation)

Contract role in Villejuif (occasional remote) for a senior technical leader to drive and secure the target technical architecture of a strategic banking information system transformation. The consultant will lead cross-functional architecture studies, compare scenarios, coordinate infrastructure/network/security/integration/production and vendor teams, and ensure coherence, security, operability and resilience across multiple sites. Key deliverables include architecture/design dossiers, integration and security plans, risk tracking, and operations/monitoring documentation, with strong expertise expected in network security (VPN/IPSec, firewall, Zero Trust) and IAM/federation (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, ADFS).
