Production Support / Monitoring Engineer (Tibco BW/EMS, Oracle, CI/CD)
Contract role in Amsterdam (hybrid) for an experienced production support/operations engineer to run 24x7 support and standby, analyze database and application performance, and drive preventive monitoring and alerting. The role requires strong hands-on monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus/Kibana), CI/CD and automation (Azure DevOps, Git, Maven, Ansible), scripting (Bash/Unix), and solid Tibco BW 5.x and EMS knowledge. Required Qualifications
24x7 production support and incident response (including on-call/standby)
Monitoring and alerting with OSS tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana) and dashboard creation
Performance analysis and tuning suggestions for databases and applications
CI/CD knowledge and usage (Azure DevOps, Git, Maven, Ansible)
Automated deployments on container and non-container platforms
Scripting in Bash/Unix
Tibco BW 5.x
Tibco EMS
Privacy and security awareness in operations/monitoring
Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban basics)
English communication (written and verbal)
Preferred
Nice to Have
Oracle (RDBMS) experience (explicitly called out as a big nice-to-have)
