Product Designer (Data-Dense Interfaces / Dashboards)
Contract Product Designer to join a product team in the data organization, owning the full design process from problem discovery and research through flows, prototyping, validation, and final UI. The focus is on designing data-dense professional tools (dashboards, charts, tables) that make complex data understandable and actionable, collaborating closely with product owners, developers, analysts, business stakeholders, and the design system team. develop user flows, concepts and prototypes and validate them with users

Design dashboards, charts and tables together with the team's data analysts, so that complex data becomes understandable and leads to action

contribute data visualization components to the company's design system (IDS)

structure and prioritize needs and requirements together with the team

follow up on the solution being used and being useful

At least five years of experience as a product designer or equivalent, with responsibility from research to finished interface

Documented experience in designing data-dense interfaces for professional users, such as analytics tools or dashboards

Experience working in and contributing to a design system

Experienced in independently planning and leading research and workshops

Portfolio with at least two cases, at least one with data visualization or data-dense interfaces and one that shows the entire process from research to finished design. Anonymized cases are fine.

Knowledge of data visualization principles, including accessible charts (WCAG 2.2)

Product design (end-to-end: research to finished interface)
Designing data-dense interfaces (dashboards/analytics tools) for professional users
User research (planning and leading interviews)
Workshop facilitation (planning and leading)
User flows and journey/flow mapping
Concept development and prototyping
Usability testing / user validation of prototypes
Design system experience (working in and contributing components)
Figma (very strong)
Requirements structuring and prioritization with cross-functional team
Stakeholder communication (business + developers)
Swedish (fluent)
English (fluent)
Portfolio with at least two cases (incl. one data visualization/data-dense and one end-to-end process)
