Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

Source vendors, obtain quotations, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and finalize procurement within timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.
Evaluate vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and pricing.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
Ensure procurement is aligned with project budgets and company policies.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams for procurement planning and material dispatch.
Maintain procurement records, PO tracking, comparison statements, and MIS reports.
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
Monitor compliance with technical specifications, contractual terms, and quality standards.
Mandatory Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5–7 years in Purchase & Procurement

Sourcing vendors and obtaining quotations
Techno-commercial evaluation and comparison statements
Commercial negotiations (price, payment terms, delivery schedules)
Vendor management and vendor performance evaluation (quality, delivery, pricing)
Procurement planning and coordination with project/engineering/finance
PO tracking and procurement documentation/record keeping
Compliance to technical specifications, contractual terms, and quality standards
Power Sector / EPC / Electrical Infrastructure procurement exposure
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
