Process Safety Engineer (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical EPC)
Contract Process Safety Engineer (8–12 years) for Vadodara, focused on process safety studies and design deliverables for offshore/onshore Oil & Gas and petrochemical EPC/FEED projects. Must be hands-on with HAZOP/SIL/LOPA/HAZID, QRA/risk studies, Hazardous Area Classification, and PSV evaluation plus flare network sizing. HAZOP (including scribe capability when required)
SIL assessment

QRA / quantitative risk assessment
Risk assessment studies (including PHSER where applicable)
Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) schedules and drawings
PSV sizing/evaluation across scenarios
Flare network sizing and calculations
Oil & Gas / Petrochemical EPC or FEED project experience
Knowledge of relevant standards (API, NFPA, ASME, BS/EN, NORSOK, DNVGL-OS)
Interdisciplinary coordination and design reviews (P&IDs, 3D model reviews, datasheets)
Preparation of safety design basis and safety philosophies
Process safety deliverables for Concept/FEED/EPC
Process safety audits / technical audits awareness
