Privacy & Responsible AI Governance Analyst (LGPD)
Contract role in São Paulo (hybrid, 3 days onsite) responsible for operating and monitoring the Privacy Programme and supporting Responsible AI governance. The professional will ensure LGPD/GDPR-aligned compliance through consent and data-subject-rights processes, Privacy by Design reviews, DPIAs, ROPA maintenance, and evidence/control monitoring. The role also maintains an AI model inventory, supports AI model risk assessments and classification, and helps apply Responsible AI frameworks across the AI model lifecycle while engaging cross-functionally with business, technology, and leadership teams.

Realizar análises de privacidade em novos produtos, serviços, projetos ou processos (Privacy by Design).

Apoiar a execução de Avaliações de Impacto à Privacidade (DPIA) e acompanhar planos de mitigação.

Manter atualizados os registros de operações de tratamento de dados pessoais (ROPA).

Acompanhar indicadores, evidências e controles de privacidade e IA Responsável.

Auxiliar na elaboração e manutenção do inventário de modelos de IA utilizados pela organização.

Suportar processos de avaliação de risco de modelos de IA, classificando-os conforme criticidade e uso.

Apoiar a aplicação do framework de IA Responsável durante todo o ciclo de vida dos modelos.

Monitorar o cumprimento de requisitos regulatórios e diretrizes relacionadas ao uso de IA.

Conhecimento aprofundado da LGPD e entendimento prático de seus princípios, bases legais e obrigações.

Conhecimento em mapeamento e manutenção de ROPA (Registros de Operações de Tratamento).

Entendimento do ciclo de vida de modelos de IA, incluindo concepção, desenvolvimento, validação, monitoramento e descontinuação.

Required Qualifications
Deep knowledge of LGPD principles, legal bases, and obligations
Privacy programme operations (consent management, personal data lifecycle, data subject rights)
Privacy by Design assessments for new products/services/projects/processes
DPIA/PIA execution support and mitigation plan tracking
ROPA mapping and maintenance (records of processing activities)
Personal data flow analysis and privacy risk identification
Responsible AI frameworks knowledge
AI model inventory operation and maintenance
Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle (design, development, validation, monitoring, decommissioning)
Monitoring regulatory requirements and guidelines related to AI use
Risk management and governance mindset
Record maintenance and evidence/control tracking
Cross-functional stakeholder engagement (business, tech, leadership)
