Prepare specifications and RFQs for Powertrain and Drivetrain Controller requirements.

Prepare specifications and RFQs for sensors and actuators.

Develop CAN Matrix and CAN DBC files for vehicle ECUs.

Evaluate suppliers and provide technical recommendations.

Prepare 4D documents and conduct DFMEA activities.

Develop test cases and perform validation on bench and vehicle.

07

Support resolution of prototype and production vehicle issues.

Project coordination, planning and tracking.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Strong stakeholder and people management skills.

Experience with INCA and VISU calibration/application tools.

Knowledge of IVN, CAN, LIN, J1939 communication protocols and associated tools.

Requirements/specification writing for powertrain/drivetrain controllers

RFQ preparation for controllers, sensors, and actuators

CAN matrix development

CAN DBC file development

IVN knowledge: CAN and LIN

J1939 protocol knowledge

Supplier technical evaluation and recommendation

DFMEA participation

4D documentation (problem solving documentation)

Test case development

Bench validation and vehicle validation/testing

Prototype and production issue resolution/support

Project coordination/planning/tracking

Understanding of automotive E/E systems

Understanding of vehicle electronic architecture and networks

Knowledge of ECU hardware and software development basics
