Power Platform Developer

Hiring a Power Platform Developer (5–7 years) in Pune for a permanent role to build enterprise-scale apps and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), Power BI and Power Virtual Agents, with strong Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Teams integration. The role involves end-to-end delivery (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation), configuring on-premises data gateways, building integrations with connected systems (Web APIs, FTP, JMS), and supporting architecture/configuration/administration across M365. SQL Server (queries, DB design, stored procedures) and at least one scripting language are required;.NET/C#/ASP.NET MVC/Entity Framework and web fundamentals are desirable.

Be cognizant of cost and schedule implications.

Support Lead Developer in Common Component development

Recommend and Develop Common Component development, integrations, and configurations

Drive best practices, design, development, testing, implementation and application reviews

Assists in translating business requirements to technical designs and specifications

Respond to queries raised by business and other members of Community of Practice (COP)

Actively participate in project meetings and discussions

Weekly, monthly and quarterly status reporting to relevant stakeholders

Power Automate workflow design and implementation

Power BI report/dashboard development

Microsoft 365 / Office 365 functional support and administration (as applicable to solutions)

SharePoint and Microsoft Teams integration/use in solutions

On-premises data gateway installation and configuration

Enterprise application SDLC: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation

Enterprise software configuration, deployment and testing

SQL Server: database design, SQL queries, stored procedures

Integrations with third-party systems / connected systems

Web integration technologies: Web APIs, FTP, JMS

BPM fundamentals (process/workflow concepts)

Scripting in at least one: JavaScript, Python, VBA, Perl
