Power BI Platform Administrator (Microsoft Fabric/Power BI Service)
Contract role in Krakow for a senior Power BI Platform Administrator to run and govern the Microsoft Power BI Service environment. The person will manage tenant settings, workspaces, capacities, gateways, and licensing (Power BI Premium/Fabric/Pro), while owning security and governance (RLS/OLS, permissions, access reviews). They will monitor health and performance, troubleshoot refresh/connectivity issues, support deployment/change processes, and provide L2/L3 user support, documentation, and training.

Power BI Service administration (tenant settings, workspaces)
Capacity administration and monitoring (Power BI Premium and/or Microsoft Fabric capacities)
On-Premises Data Gateway installation, configuration, and maintenance
Troubleshooting dataset refresh failures and connectivity issues
Power BI security administration: workspace permissions, Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS)
Governance frameworks/best practices for Power BI (policies, standards)
Monitoring platform health, performance, and usage metrics
Licensing management (Power BI Pro, Premium, Fabric)
Access reviews and user entitlement audits
Change/release management for Power BI (updates, configuration changes)
