Positioning Test Lead (Robotics / Embedded)
Contract Positioning Test Lead for Husqvarna Robotics in Huskvarna, leading a small team (3 testers) to define and execute manual and automated test strategy for the positioning subsystem in Automowers. Scope includes module/subsystem/integration testing across GNSS/RTK, LiDAR-based positioning, correction data sources, and positioning interfaces. The role owns test planning, environment selection (rigs, simulation, HIL/SIL), automation decisions (Python preferred), log/measurement analysis, fault isolation, and sprint reporting, working closely with developers and system/hardware engineers to provide evidence for integration and release readiness and to support maintenance of customer-used positioning solutions.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Test leadership or coordination within a technical team
Embedded software / complex product testing (robotics, automotive, or similar)
GNSS and/or RTK positioning experience
LiDAR and/or positioning/sensor systems experience
Positioning systems including correction data and correction data sources
Module, subsystem, function, and integration testing
Requirements analysis
Test planning and test design
Manual and automated testing
Test automation and scripting (Python preferred or similar)
Test rigs and automated test environments (simulation, HIL, SIL)
Log/measurement/test result analysis and technical statistics
Debugging, fault isolation, and root cause analysis
CI/CD pipelines
Git
Jira and/or Confluence
Ability to communicate in Swedish and English
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience testing autonomous products
Experience comparing performance/behavior across software versions (regression/benchmarking)
Experience defining acceptance criteria for sensor/positioning performance
Experience improving test methods/tools/environments and ways of working
